Return Policy - The Boho Bloom
GENERAL TERMS
The Boho Bloom accepts returns and exchanges of eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return or exchange, you must first contact our team at info@thebohobloom.com. Returns that are not pre-approved may not be processed.
Returnable condition requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and free of makeup, stains, deodorant, and perfume.
- All original internal garment tags must be attached, including any secure return tags, which should remain intact.
We accept returns for store credit or size exchange only. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible.
Exceptions:
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (see product page).
- For hygiene reasons, returns on swimwear are not accepted.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the shipping label. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Boho Bloom covers return shipping only in cases where the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
In all other cases, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees or customs duties.
Situations:

Free return/exchange:
- Wrong item received
- Defective item

Return shipping paid by customer:
- You changed your mind or want a different size

Free resend or refund for missing item:
- Missing item in package
- Package not delivered (excluding customer rejections)
Important: If the package is rejected by the customer, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We may offer store credit (minus original shipping costs).
SIZING ISSUES
We understand sizing can be tricky. If the size doesn't fit:
- You can exchange for another size, but return shipping to our warehouse is paid by the customer.
- Alternatively, we can offer a store credit or partial refund to avoid the hassle of shipping the item back.
The Boho Bloom does not cover exchange shipping costs.
We only offer self-mailing return options.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — in that case, please reach out to our team after delivery to request a return.
REFUNDS
Refunds (when applicable) are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Allow up to 14 days after delivery to our warehouse for the refund to reflect.

Sending items back without approval may result in a failed return or refund.
